We want you to love your purchase. If it didn’t work out this time, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping costs, if any). To make a return please email returns@the90.com with your order number and someone will get back to you within 1 business day.

Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all included parts, accessories, and packaging.

The Trial: We encourage you to wear and experience your Gem. For a return to be accepted, the device and jewelry must be fully functional and undamaged, showing no signs of wear beyond what is expected from a standard 30-day trial.

Packaging: Following industry standards for premium electronics, all items must be returned in the original The90 branded packaging.

After the 30-day window has closed, or if a device is damaged by the user within that window, the product is no longer eligible for a refund and falls under our One-Year Limited Warranty.
