\We want you to love your purchase. If it didn’t work out this time, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping costs, if any).
To make a return please email suport@the90.com with your order number and someone will get back to you within 1 business day.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all included parts, accessories, and packaging.
The Trial: We encourage you to wear and experience your Gem. For a return to be accepted, the device and jewelry must be fully functional and undamaged, showing no signs of wear beyond what is expected from a standard 30-day trial.
Packaging: Following industry standards for premium electronics, all items must be returned in the original The90 branded packaging.
After the 30-day window has closed, or if a device is damaged by the user within that window, the product is no longer eligible for a refund and falls under our One-Year Limited Warranty.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
The90 warrants the Gem, Pendant, and Charger against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. If a hardware defect arises, The90 will, at its discretion, repair the device or replace it with a functional equivalent.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Accidental Damage: Cracks to the Quartz Glass or metal gouges caused by drops, impact, or misuse.
Environmental Abuse: Damage resulting from submerging the Gem or exposing it to high-pressure water (e.g., diving, water skiing) or extreme heat (e.g., saunas, steam rooms, or hot tubs).
Battery Neglect: Failure caused by "Deep Discharge"—leaving the device at 0% charge for more than 7 consecutive days.
Unauthorized Service: Damage resulting from attempted repairs or modifications by any party other than The90.
Normal Wear: Subtle cosmetic changes to metal finishes or chains over time.
Device Care & Maintenance Guide
Sensor Integrity & Quartz Care
The90 Gem features a precision Quartz Glass face to provide accurate "Skin Intelligence" data.
Clarity: Keep the sensor window clear of thick sunscreens, heavy lotions, or oils. We recommend wiping the face daily with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Handling: Avoid applying excessive direct pressure to the Quartz Glass face to prevent stress fractures.
Water & Temperature Guidelines
Daily Exposure: Your Gem is designed for a life in motion and is safe for rain, showering, and splashing from pools or the ocean.
Post-Swim: Always rinse the Gem with fresh water after exposure to salt or chlorine to prevent mineral buildup.
Thermal Awareness: Metal and glass naturally absorb heat in direct sunlight. If your Gem feels uncomfortably warm against your skin, move to a shaded area or tuck the pendant under a garment for a few minutes.
Battery Health Protocol
To maximize the lifespan of your internal battery:
The 7-Day Rule: To prevent permanent battery degradation, do not allow your Gem to sit at 0% charge for more than 7 days.
Low Power Alerts: We recommend docking your Gem as soon as you receive a notification from The90 App.
Storage: If you are not wearing your Gem for an extended period, store it with at least a 50% charge.
